My exile in Berks County is almost over. The end of September I will be moving back to Bucks County and getting the hell out of here!
I really should have moved a couple of years ago, but you live and learn, well, you learn.
So adios Hobbytown and all of the irrational and idiotic shit I put up with there over the past years.
Adios to this neighborhood and these damn people. I am not being racists with this comment, this is my observations over the time I have lived here. Hispanic woman are the primary cause of most of the problems I have seen around here. The woman get the guys so worked up with all of their shrill yelling and screaming, I think the guys react just so they can block out the caterwauling! Just my personal observations and opinion.
And here is what I am going to miss most.
Umbrellas
Welcome. As you may have noticed I have set this up so that the photo shoots are listed in actual order of when they took place, not when I made the posting. It makes it easier to keep things in order. So feel free to comment on the photos, I do not take offense to criticism if it is actual criticism and not just someone being an ass hat. Enjoy

Shoot with Katlyn Oct 22, 2011
The shoot is DONE! Took over two years from first idea to getting the shoot finished, it was very much worth the wait.
If you ever get the chance to work with Katlyn Lacoste, don't hesitate! She is the most expressive model I have worked with, not that I have worked with a whole lot mind you. I hoped she would do
this shoot with me, she had the perfect look I wanted, and she did not disappoint.
So comes the time consuming part of the project, going through the photos, editing, correcting, and whittling down over 300 to 16. Hmmmm, this isn't going to be easy.
Thank you Katlyn!

Princess

This is Princess. I got in contact with her on Model Mayhem and we have done three shoots together. All three were in a park north of Lancaster, Pa.
The second shoot was interesting. I got there early and was checking out places to shoot and I did something foolish, It had started to rain and I got into my car to wait the rain out, I was watching the radar on my phone and saw it would pass before she arrived, no big deal. The foolishness came about when I popped the trunk and got out of the car to check to see which tripod I had brought. When I went to get back into the car, after I had closed the trunk I realized I had locked the keys in the car.
This was a problem.
All sorts of ideas ran through my mind as to how i was going to get into my car. Break one of the little windows by the rear door? No, a broken window in a car in my neighborhood was a sure way for something bad to happen. As I was walking around to find something to try to jimmy the door I did have a near run in with a family of skunks living behind some plywood leaning against a wall.
Needless to say I did manage to get into my car, after she had arrived of course.
The pictures above are of the second and third shoots, June 24th and October 10th, 2010

Brittany July 19, 2009

This was a bit of a strange shoot for me. Not the shoot itself, but the days before, the shoot went great.
Brittany and her friend Caitlyn were students at Millersville University and we met in the small town of Marietta, Pa for the shoot. We just walked up and down the streets, stopping here and there and getting shots. They are both upbeat and great young women, had a very good day and I thank both of them for taking the time.
